Processing & Handling

We know you’re excited to get your gear and guides — and we’re just as excited to send them!
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

If we ever experience a high order volume or a supplier delay, we’ll notify you right away so you’re never left wondering where your order is.


Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the product type.
Some items — like apparel and home gym equipment — may ship separately to get to you faster.

Digital products (like our FamFriendly Fit Formula ebook) are delivered instantly via email right after purchase.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and selected items.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those!


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door (or your home gym corner).


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please reach out to us at hello@famfriendlyfit.com.
We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the issue quickly — because no one should have to wait too long for fitness fun.
